Christmas Con Virtual takes the convention experience right to your living room! You can watch celebrity Q&A panels, buy personalized autographs, get special video shout outs and best of all you can have a personal video chat with you favorite Christmas star!
How to purchase tickets for your virtual con?
You won't be purchasing tickets per se, you purchase experiences. Simply go to virtual page on our website thats4entertainment.com and click "Buy Now". You will be re-directed to "Growtix" where you can make all of your purchases! You can purchase as many experiences and panels as you wish! PLUS you will also be able to purchase virtual experience with Santa Clause himself!
What is the Q&A panel?
A Q&A panel allows you to watch one of a kind interviews with your favorite Christmas actors! PLUS our moderators won't be the only ones asking questions, YOU will be able to send in your questions during the live stream broadcast! They will be discussing everything from past and previous projects to holiday traditions, so this is surely something you won't want to miss. The best part is you get to experience this all right from the comfort of your own home! All panels will be live, nothing will be pre-recorded.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to view the panels?
YES! You will not be able to view the panels without having purchased a ticket to them. Please make sure you purchase a ticket to each panel that you will to view. Tickets for the panels are just $5 per panel.
What time is my panel and if I miss the scheduled time can I watch it later in the day?
Unfortunately, because the panels are livestreamed, you MUST view the panel at the scheduled time, it will not be available for viewing later in the day. Panel times are listed on the "Schedules" tab of the Virtual page of our website. Please check back that day in case of any last minute changes.
Once I purchase a panel ticket, how do I view the panel? Will I need to download a program?
Nope! Viewing the panels requires no additional software downloads! Access to the panels is very easy! Simply go to your original email confirmation, and click the "View Order Online" button, which will take you to your confirmation page. Once there, you will see a button that says "click here to enter". That button will become active about 30 minutes before the panel's schedule start time. If your link isn't active by 10 minutes before the panel begins, please contact the moderator on the confirmation page, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away.

What is one-on-one video chat?
This is the incredible opportunity to have a personal 1 on 1 video chat with your favorite celebrity guests...and Santa too! That's right, just you and your Christmas favorites chatting for 3 minutes! PLUS, you will even receive a video copy of the chat, so you can relive the moment over and over again! (Please note, video chats with Santa will not have a 3 minute cap, but to make sure to get to everyone, we do ask everyone to be timely.) No personal questions or vulgarities towards the celebrity guest will be allowed. If this occurs, you will get kicked out of your meet and greet with no refund and you will NOT receive your video.
How to I access the 1-on-1 Video chat? Do I need to download a program?
Nope! having a video chat requires no additional software downloads! Access to chat is very easy, simply go to your original email confirmation and click the "View Order Online" button, which will take you to your confirmation page. Once there, you will see a button that says "Enter Virtual Queue". That button will become active about 30 minutes before the celebrity's scheduled start time. Once you enter the virtual queue, you will test your audio and video settings and then you will be given a number. That is your spot in live. Please do NOT close or refresh your browser, as this will cause you to loose you spot in line.
What if my link does not become active or I keep seeing "connecting" but am never given a number?
If your link doesn't become available, or you are not taken into a waiting room, please push the "help" button, so a moderator can help you sort thru any logging issues. If the help button does not work, please email us at email@example.com immediately. Please do NOT wait to contact someone if you are not taken into the waiting room or to your experience. Once the celebrity guests finishes all of their experiences, they are gone, we will NOT be able to connect you with them later that day.
Are there any tech requirements to have a 1-on-1 chat?
Please make sure NO apps or additional webpages are open on your computer, tablet or phone. It is VERY important to note that your camera and microphone can only be used by one program at a time, so you can NOT be making a phone call or using the camera when you access the video meet and greet. Doing this will prevent your camera and microphone from connecting properly to the system. So please make sure all apps are closed. You can access it from any computer (PC OR MAC ), tablet or phone (Android or Mac). however, a computer is highly recommended. Chrome is also the preferer browser, but not mandatory. While you can access the video chat from a cell signal, WIFI is HIGHLY recommended.
How can I "test" my system to make sure it is compatible and up to date for my virtual experience?
Once you purchase your experience, you will get an email confirmation. In that email, please click the "View Order Online" button. That will take you to your confirmation page. Once you are there you will see a button to "test" your system.
I don't see an access link on my confirmation page, how do I access my experience?
Links to each experience will NOT become active until 15 minutes before each experience. At that time, simply click the "View Order Online" button on your email confirmation and you will be taken to your confirmation page, which will have the access link about 15 minutes before your experience time begins.
How do I download my 1-on-1 Video chat?
In most cases, you will be able to download your video chat by the end of the day. But in some cases, please allow 1 to 2 business days after your experience takes place. To access your video, simply go to your original email confirmation and click the "View Order Online" button, which will take you to your confirmation page. Once there, you will see a download button to save your video. Please make sure you download it once available, as the videos DO expire and will get deleted from the systems.
What if I want to purchase 1-on-1 chats with multiple celebrity guests and they times are close?
You can purchase video chats with as many guests as you would like! Once you have purchased, please email us at to let us know which guests are close in time. We will make note of this and make sure you get to each video chat. It is important that you only queue for ONE guest at a time or the system will remove you from the waiting room. Please enter the virtual queue for the guest with the earliest time, then once you have had your chat, simply enter the queue for the next guest.
How will I know what time my video chat is?
Times for each celebrity guest are listed under their photo on the virtual con page of our website. As times are subject to change, please be sure to check back the day of, just incase anything has shifter slightly.
What is a personalized video?
This is a special recorded video message from your favorite celebrity guest! You can have them wish you or a loved one a Happy Birthday, graduation, Merry Christmas, message of encouragement or just a shout out! This is the perfect holiday gift for a loved one or just a great treat to yourself!
How to I fill in the name and message that I want in the recording?
One you complete the purchase of the recorded video message on Growtix, a Survey will pop up. You will see a space to fill out name and message there. Simply fill that out and submit, and you are all set! Please note that each guests reserves the right to change or modify each message if they do not feel comfortable with it as is. No profanity or vulgarities will be tolerated and will result in you not receiving the video or refund.
Where can I locate my video message and how long will it take to receive?
Please allow up to 7 business days to get the video. It will be emailed to you from Growtix , please be sure to check your spam folder too. MOST importantly, please DOWNLOAD the video as soon as you receive it. While you can play the video from the link in the email, the videos will be deleted from there within 1 week, so be sure to download the video so it is not lost.
How do I get an autograph?
You can buy personalized autographs from your favorite celebrity guests. The image that you see on the Virtual page of our website, will be the photo that will get autographed. Please make sure you include the note or name that you would want the celebrity guest to personalized with. Please note that each guests reserves the right to change or modify a message if they do not feel comfortable with it. No profanity or vulgarities will be tolerated.
How to I fill in the name and message that I want on the autograph?

How long will it take for me to receive my autographed photo?
Mailing service, especially internationally (mostly Canada) has been very slow this year, so please be very patient with the delivery times. We aim to have the autographs to you within 4-6 weeks, but it can take up to 10 weeks.
