Nancy Silberkleit is the Co-CEO of Archie Comics. She stepped into the role in 2009, as the first female executive leader at Archie Comics, with a vision that comic books are a valuable tool for developing literacy and instilling a love of reading.

As a former public school educator, Nancy taught art for 20 years and has observed the power of comics to encourage literacy and creativity in children. She also uses comic books as a vehicle to help young people talk about difficult issues like diversity and inclusion, bullying, the environment, autism and more.
